Hello, welcome to my web site, and thank you for visiting and allowing me to introduce myself. I grew up in Wallingford, Vermont and attended the University of Vermont and earned a Bachelors of Arts Degree and later attended Vermont Law School, which awarded me my Juris Doctorate, cum laude. I passed the bar exam in both Vermont and Connecticut and have a license in both jurisdictions.
I have practiced law for twenty years and have broad experience in several areas of discipline including: jury trials for personal injury and breach of contract; many court trials in Vermont Superior Court, Family Court and litigating contested matters in bankruptcy; and probate, as well as resolving and handling real estate disputes and transactions. During the last ten years of practice, I have focused on helping people with personal injuries arising from all manner of negligence including: automobile, truck and motorcycle collisions, slip-and-fall and other premises liability claims; workers' compensation claims; and commercial and consumer bankruptcy.
